📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of KY Academy.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, institutions, and corporate partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.
Manage and track sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on business development activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the education sector and industry trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
