Director of Village Infrastructure - Bangka Belitung

Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah is seeking a dynamic Director of Village Infrastructure (Direktur Infrastruktur Desa) to spearhead critical infrastructure projects that will enhance the quality of life for residents in Bangka Belitung. In this role, you will work closely with local communities, stakeholders, and government agencies to design, implement, and manage infrastructure projects that address key needs such as clean water, sanitation, and transportation.

As the Director of Village Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing policies and programs that promote sustainable and inclusive infrastructure development in rural areas. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement policies and programs that promote sustainable and inclusive infrastructure development in rural areas.
• Collaborate with local communities, stakeholders, and government agencies to identify key infrastructure needs and develop solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for infrastructure projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Represent Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah at national and international conferences and events related to infrastructure development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in infrastructure development, and share this knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and policies related to infrastructure development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-stakeholder environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
