📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the company's leadership team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Manage legal risks and liabilities
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the nanotechnology sector
• Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company's business objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international corporate and commercial law
• Experience in providing legal advice to senior management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
