📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage project resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor project progress and quality, providing regular reports to the project manager.
• Lead and motivate the construction team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently to minimize project delays.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, materials, and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Valid construction safety certification (e.g., SHEA, OSHA, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with stone installation and finishing techniques.
