📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain dishwashers, ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, and grills.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring all utensils, tools, and ingredients are stored properly.
• Follow and enforce food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet daily operational needs.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation and service.
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverages as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Kitchen Steward or Dishwasher.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
