📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough auditions and interviews to identify and book top talent for advertising campaigns, films, and media projects.
• Develop and implement casting strategies tailored to each project’s specific requirements and creative vision.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand project needs and provide tailored casting solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with actors, models, and other talent to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Manage casting schedules, contracts, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, casting techniques, and talent development to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide regular reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders on casting progress and results.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the creative and strategic direction of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Acting, Theatre Arts, Film, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in casting for film, television, or advertising, with a proven track record of successful placements.
• Strong knowledge of casting software and tools, such as Casting Networks, Casting Call, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with talent and clients.
• Creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative casting solutions for diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Familiarity with the Jakarta Selatan arts and media scene, including local talent and industry networks.
• Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia, as required.
