🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the skincare or cosmetics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing brands.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
