📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with national regulations
• Provide training and awareness programs to construction teams on safety best practices
• Monitor and evaluate safety performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure safety standards are met throughout all project phases
• Maintain and update safety documentation, including incident reports and safety data sheets
• Promote a proactive safety culture within the organization and among contractors and subcontractors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) role, preferably in the construction industry
• Certification as a Professional K3 Officer (SKKNI Level III) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of national and international safety regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using safety management software, such as SAP Safety Management or similar tools
• Familiarity with construction equipment and machinery is a plus
