📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the procurement function, ensuring operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support business objectives.
• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to secure the best possible terms and quality.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Leverage procurement software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing supplier relationships and driving cost savings.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, regulations, and industry trends.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze procurement spend.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for driving operational excellence.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
