📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all financial and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
• Manage a team of accounting and finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing strategic insights to senior management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial management and reporting.
• Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, including SAP and QuickBooks.
• Certifications in CPA or CFA are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
