As an Event Decor Planner at Floral Designer, you'll work closely with clients and our internal team to create stunning visual experiences. Your daily tasks will include designing layouts, selecting materials, and coordinating with vendors to ensure every detail is perfect. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and plan event decorations, ensuring they align with the client's vision and brand identity.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and floral arrangements.
• Manage the lifecycle of event concepts from initial brief to final execution.
• Create detailed layouts and designs using software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ensure timely delivery of all materials and decorations for each event.
• Collaborate with the event management team to ensure seamless execution of decor plans.
• Attend and participate in client meetings to understand their requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in event decoration and floral design.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event decoration and planning.
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of color theory and design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with event management software like Event Espresso or Cvent is a plus.
