📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Use Shopify and other e-commerce tools to manage and track orders
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to improve efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the team
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or related roles
- Proficient in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required)
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
