• Re-engage existing customers and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use BFI Connect to track customer interactions and manage your workflow.
• Collaborate with branch managers and team members to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and address customer needs to enhance their experience with BFI Finance Indonesia.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer retention rates.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions to drive business growth.
• Ensure all customer data is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Proven track record in customer relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably BFI Connect.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Certification in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
