📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate all flight operations, including departure and arrival times, routes, and altitudes.
• Monitor weather conditions and provide real-time updates to pilots and air traffic control.
• Manage fuel consumption and ensure compliance with fuel policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with ground crews to ensure that aircraft are ready for departure and arrival.
• Provide pre-flight and in-flight briefings to pilots, including information on weather, fuel, and other operational matters.
• Monitor air traffic and provide real-time updates to pilots and air traffic control.
• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to pilots, air traffic control, and ground crews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Flight Dispatcher or in a related role.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, including ICAO and FAA regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using flight planning software, such as Jeppesen or Navigraph.
• Proficiency in using communication and coordination tools, such as ACARS, CPDLC, and ATIS.
• Valid ICAO license or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
