📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of skilled workers to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop.,Plan and allocate daily tasks to team members to ensure efficient workflow.,Monitor and maintain the quality of work produced by the team.,Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed in the workshop.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of team members.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.,Ensure that all necessary tools and materials are available and in good condition for team members to use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a manufacturing or workshop environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.,Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and regulations in the workshop environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and machinery used in the workshop.,Proven track record of improving productivity and quality in previous roles.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
