Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring that all sales targets are met and that the store is well-stocked and organized.,Manage a team of retail associates, providing coaching, training, and support to help them excel in their roles.,Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, and ensure that all sales transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and merchandising, to ensure that the store is stocked with the latest and most popular luxury products.,Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, and customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to improve store performance.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store, and that the store is clean and well-maintained.,Attend and participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
