📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laundry store, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and implement new processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the laundry or retail industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the laundry industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
