📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain office administrative systems and procedures.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.
• Schedule meetings and appointments, and prepare meeting materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
• Support the HR department with recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other administrative software is a plus.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English is a must.
