Rumah Sakit Intan Electronics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Experience in managing remote teams or working in a remote environment.,Understanding of e-commerce and online retail operations.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.
