📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and recruiters,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS),Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Strong organizational and time management skills
