In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure smooth supply chain operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and sales strategies.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
