NEXA Indonesia is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll accurately and on time.,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify any discrepancies.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
