📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and performance.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular operations reviews to assess performance and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Strong leadership and communication skills.
