📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for all construction projects.
• Develop and implement digital workflows to streamline project management processes.
• Integrate smart construction technologies such as IoT sensors and drones into project execution.
• Train and mentor project teams on the use of digital tools and software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of digital solutions across projects.
• Monitor project progress using digital dashboards and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in digital construction.
• Evaluate and recommend new digital technologies to enhance project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) is a plus.
• Proven experience with digital construction tools and software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Trimble Connect).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with smart construction technologies (IoT, drones, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
