📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs, such as training and development initiatives.,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and conflicts, in a fair and impartial manner.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR events, such as team-building activities and company-wide meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
