📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the team, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and ensuring fair distribution of workload.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering team morale and productivity.,Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, customer service, and quality control.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure they understand company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.,Collaborate with the Captain to develop and implement team training programs.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.,Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or construction materials industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of inventory management and control systems.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the construction materials industry.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
