📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for the Talent Acquisition team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
