📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for job interviews.,Maintain and update the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Organize and conduct interviews, including telephone and face-to-face interviews.,Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates and follow up on their acceptance.,Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing welcome packets and coordinating orientation programs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
