📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage a team of 10-15 agents, providing guidance and support.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and provide feedback.
- Work closely with other departments to improve overall service quality.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the BPO industry.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
