📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Area Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the hotel.
  • Manage and develop a team of front office staff, providing training and support to ensure high standards of service.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
