📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Lead and mentor store staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or similar environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
