Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to clients and management.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and attract new customers.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in freight forwarding and logistics.Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Familiarity with freight forwarding operations and industry regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
