Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans,Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers,Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall sales strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong negotiation and presentation skills,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
