📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses to determine the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each position.,Create and manage job postings on various platforms to reach a wide audience of potential candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and support the hiring decision process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates and build relationships.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
