📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client business needs, challenges, and opportunities.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay current on market trends and client needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of developing and maintaining key client relationships.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with sales and CRM software is a plus.
