OMEGA Group is currently seeking a dedicated Deputy Outlet Staff to join our team in Kembangan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet, including stock control and inventory management.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and attractive outlet environment.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other outlet performance metrics.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and outlet goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
