📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales plans and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and trade shows.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales training programs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Good understanding of retail operations and sales principles.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
